Change playback speed of song in real-time

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There may be value in trying to change the tempo/playback rate in real-time to match mood of user (slow if down), and then change in real-time to alter mood.

Looks like this may be possible on Android:
https://developer.android.com/reference/android/media/PlaybackParams

...although we need to check and see if this is possible to use in our code base.
