Notification bar behavior change on Android 11

Problem
In the new Android 11 update, from high-level testing of Muser 1.1.1, there's a small behavior change in the music player on the notification bar.

Steps to reproduce

• Open MUSER
• Play music
• The notification bar should look like this:

• Pause the track

One drawback to this is the user wouldn't be able to mark the song as a favorite or skip to a song when the app is killed.

Update: Hoping that switching to API 29 would magically solve this.
