For example https://www.cve.org/cverecord?id=CVE-2023-6448 displays the assigner as "Cisa-Cg" which looks like a basic capitalization of assignerShortName: "cisa-cg".

This looks odd, for display CISA would probably prefer "CISA-cg" and other CNAs might have display preferences. Maybe store assignerShortName as case sensitive (then a CNA could specify capitalization and dashes as they prefer) or don't modify/capitalize at all for display, e.g., stick with 'cisa-cg'.

This can be considered an artifact of #1996 - the intended behavior is that the CVE Record is always displayed as

Assigner: Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) U.S. Civilian Government
