There are a couple of things that need to be added to documentation:

How to use the annotations in Eclipse (Dev setup)
Step by step example
Felix configuration (with a ready-to-use Felix)
Section "How it works"

The documentation in the Wiki has long been there
Examples have been improved
A felix configuration is provided
How it works is not immediately neccessary to get SkillUp running. Might be added in the future
