What is the issue?

The bot's !so and !shoutout commands are still linking to Beam

How do we reproduce this issue?

Use one of the commands on a remotely hosted bot. (Tested on multiple Alpha/Beta streamers' bot)
(Using one which was overwritten might lead to the correct link, but the default ones are still incorrect)

Other Information:

Needs to be changed through the CactusBot API account.

This should have been solved by #309...

It wasn't. Just a heads up. (Can be visually seen here)

Or... another solution would be to completely remove them and let the streamer decide if they want a shoutout command or not, when the bot was aimed fully at streamers, it would be fine to have a default shoutout command, but now that you are (at least) still planning on being a service agnostic bot. There might be places that don't need, or want a shoutout command. (IE: Discord, Slack, etc.)
