EditOrganizationForm throws error on editing organization details

Steps to reproduce the error

• Create an organization.
• Click on Edit Organization
• Try to edit the organization details by adding or removing some detail. Do not make any changes to the Organization name.
• Click on Save and submit the form.

Actual behavior

• The form throws an error, "Organization with this name already exists."

Expected behavior

• The form should not throw any error for the org name since we didn't make any changes to it.
