Make dataset and project cards more distinguishable from each other #134

Currently, dataset cards and project cards are nearly identical. They should be made more easily distinguishable from each other at a glance. Maybe make header colors different. Or add a "dataset"/"project" icon in front of the appropriate titles. Or both?
