MC Version: 1.18.1
Modpack: AQM2
Fabric 0.13.1

Unsure if this is a "feature" or a bug haha.
Aside from the joke there, It would seem that on a players death the trail doesn't stop, it stays active,

I would imagine that it's supposed to fail the trial on a player death, but I've had a few players on our server report us with issues of Trials not ending when they got one shotted by the glitch.

There is not much logging on that unless you've created a logging event that saved to the server directory, and I don't really have anything else that I know of that could be helpful other then the versions at the top of this issue submittion.
I just have reports of players having issues of getting one shotted then the trial not ending after they died, now this doesn't seem to be every player, so from what I've read, and from what I've watched, this most likely is not an issue with maybe the trial event ending on player death but maybe something to do with #21 , and I bring that up because after the player dies, the trial area tends to be of some distance away from there "home" or "bed" or they repsawn at spawn which is much farther which could mean the chunk could be unloading.

Some more information, regarding the issue, it would seem that you can not break the trial block, not even as OP, I even tried worldedit and nothing.
