double slash in css asset URLs #5

A clients SEO report is flagging that the url for style-index.css contains a double slash, for example, https://www.domain.com/wp-content/plugins/deprecated-editorskit-typography-addon-1.0.1//build/style-index.css?ver=6336b9835151a

Not a real issue but probably not intended, suggested change is to remove the additional slash before build
