I have the same issue with toggle switch fields. See below editing an entry that had values for the 3 toggle switches. Seems to be a problem with numbers, since the "yes/no" toggle switch at the bottom is correctly prefilled.

What Is The Unexpected Behaviour?
What I did:
Create a form with a required number field. Submit an entry with a value 0 in the number field. View entry, edit entry, save.
What expected to happen:
When editing the entry the number field retains the 0 value.
What happened instead:
When editing the entry the number field value is blank, requiring a value to be entered before saving.
