I'm using Joplin 2.14.9 (prod, darwin) and Rich Markdown 0.13.3 and in one of the few recent pre-release versions, a lot of functionality in Rich Markdown broke. I'm not sure if this is due to some plugin architectural changes, but I see that:

  • Wrapping of lists no longer works

  • Clicking links no longer works

  • Inline images do work

  • Formatting on the fly works (headings, italic, bold etc.)

Perhaps this is a bug on my side, but any hints would be greatly appreciated :-) Thanks for the plugin!

I believe the new pre-release includes a new markdown editor. It won't be compatible with this plugin by default, but there is some work underway to add a compatibility layer. I'm not involved in that work so I don't know any exact details. I will likely update this plugin to be compatible with the new editor once it goes live.

Thanks @CalebJohn - yes, you're quite right, I had opted into the beta editor in one of the recent releases and completely forgotten about it - I've unchecked the box now, and everything is working AOK again.

This should mostly be fixed by #58 and laurent22/joplin#9935.
