Add min/max columns to THETA's #24

Currently, it is not possible to specify min or max values to THETA's.

This would be particularly useful when simulating with parameter uncertainty.

In the same fashion, we may want to truncate ETA distributions as well in some specific cases (e.g. -[2, 2]). To be discussed.
