Allow change of timeout

My vpn provider have starting to have problem and the tunner don't have time to get upp untill reconnect assume it's not working, killing it and starting it again.
Could you please ether add it as a input field into the program or as a setting in a config file.
(well both would be best but ether would be fine with me.)
