Key Question:
Does turnout make a difference to local ward electoral results?

Theory
Supposedly Labour does best in areas where there is high turnout - is this true?

Key Data:

2018 Election results explore here for data sets: https://github.com/CampaignLab/data-pipeline or ask someone who has been before.

Turnout figures can be found here: https://www.electoralcommission.org.uk/__data/assets/file/0009/245925/Electoral-data-Local-Elections-May-2018.ods

If you want to test this theory against historic election results - they can be found here: https://www.andrewteale.me.uk/leap/downloads

Task
Start to look for correlations between turnout and the 2018 election results.
