1.14 bug - Populate doesn't generate trees #129

I was messing around with the new 1.14 update to Worldpainter when I found that the populate layer no longer spawns the trees specific to their Biome. Jungles and taigas look like plains. strangely it only seems like deserts are spawning their objects, as I found that mushroom and Ice spikes also don't generate their objects.

I had the same problem. This also happens when using an old (1.12 or 1.13) map and open/upgrade them with 1.14.

I have a problem with the Populate layer too.
I can't find any kind of structures in my oceans (shipwreck etc.).
