First off i want to say thank you for this wonderful package looking through your working has helped me gain a great understanding of the vue typescript and webpack combination.

However I do not feel like I am able to contribute in a safe way to a package such as yours which does not provide a Code of Conduct.

Thanks @MrCeleryman; I didn't realise this was still going on. I've opened a PR to address this.
