I think it would be useful if systems could be temporarily disabled and enabled, without being completely removed. The ECSSystem interface should probably be changed to an abstract class for this - similar to the 'Component' class. Then disable(), enable(), remove() methods can be added. Not exactly sure yet what the best would be.
