When approving notes written by staff/volunteers, unless the note was already backdated or showing backdate information, the note date changes when approved. For example, the SLC writes a note on 7.21.23, and the supervisor approves the note on 8.11.23. Unless - when clicking into the note- it shows backdated information for the 7.21.33 date, the note will be moved to 8.11.23 when saved.
