Simplify & Align Usage of Color

While Teal, white & gold appear to be the three primary colors being used, there are many other colors being leveraged throughout the site, particularly in relation to icons & buttons - these should be...

1. Reigned in to a smaller total # of colors that compliment each other (see Google MUI's tool for this @ https://m2.material.io/inline-tools/color/)
2. Applied consistently for intended use-cases, for example:

• Primary
• Secondary
• Success
• Warning
• Error
• Disabled Content
• etc.
