Description: When creating a school with a sponsorship level of 1, there is an upload button for a video description that looks like a drag-and-drop area, but the feature is not available
Preconditions: Admin is trying to create a school profile
Steps:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on "Settings"
3. Mouse over "Entities"
4. Select "School"

Current result: when dropping a video file over the grey area, the file is not uploaded
Expected result: when dropping a video file over the grey area, the file is uploaded
