Export still limited at 1,000 features

Hello! Thanks for building, this is great!
For some reason, though, it's still capping the features at 1,000 for this layer: https://maps.dotd.la.gov/road/rest/services/Roads_and_Highways_SoE/FeatureServer/84/query
Am I doing something wrong?

I cannot access that service from my browser at this moment, do you know if it's down?

It doesn't seem down to me! When I just enter the plain URL in my browser (https://maps.dotd.la.gov/road/rest/services/Roads_and_Highways_SoE/FeatureServer/84/query), I get the standard ArcGIS REST page:

Hi @phildias, sorry for the late answer. It's weird, I checked with my colleagues and none of us could access the service, we get a time out error... I tried several times in the last days. Do you know if the service is secured in some way?
