In wide TableTasks, generation of summaries at https://github.com/CartoDB/bigmetadata/blob/master/tasks/util.py#L517 is resulting in too-wide SELECT statements:

 (psycopg2.OperationalError) target lists can have at most 1664 entries

This is currently preventing certain new TableTasks for Canada in #92 from running.
