Modify MC import for XYZ tables

Improve the XYZ table generation using 2 different approaches:

• A new GetDOMCMVT function that takes a zoom level and returns a table with all the XYZ/measurements
• A new import mechanism for the MC CSV file based on generating a new CSV with the desired structure + COPY <-- The performance doing this is awful
