New pre-commit hooks for invoke tasks

pre-commit hooks for the documentation update invoke tasks should be implemented.

These can then be used in pre-commit configurations in external projects to, e.g., avoid having an additional commit added to the default repository branch whenever changes occur to the API reference documentation, or the landing page (i.e., README.md) is updated (if these options are activated when calling the 'CI/CD - New updates to default branch' workflow).
