[alnair device plugin] feature request -- support GPU selection

Issue: Currently Alnair GPU device plugin, sort GPU by UUID, and assign in order. No option exposed to user side. It is not easy to coordinate multiple users, multiple device plugin (sometimes, nvidia gpu device plugin is also installed in the cluster).

Request to support GPU selection by ID at the Pod level.
