Original issue (outdated)

• Add an editable grid containing tarification for the size of a room and the year of incubation following Helene's tarification table.
  • Accessible from an "actions" menu on floor map page? new menu item "tarification"?
• Add a field in the rental form for pricing.
• Add a notice above the field indicating what the default value should be :
  • 0~1 years = default price for 1 year defined in the tarification table
  • 1~2 years = default price for 2 years defined in the tarification table
  • 2+ years = user must choose
• Permissions :
  • Modification by Centech only
  • Readable by Centech and founder only

Room form

• Related fields : Area size, base monthly cost
  • Base monthly costs varies depending on various factors (e.g. room size, floor level, if it has windows, popularity, etc.) and therefore must be set by the user.

Rent form

• Related fields : Company, room, dates, monthly cost to pay
• Display a summary table to help choose monthly cost
  • Total accumulated time of any past rents
  • Total accumulated time including this rent
  • Base cost of room
  • Interest to apply
  • Suggested monthly cost
    • Add "Copy value" button that will copy the value to the cost field
• Rent summary, displayed after monthly cost is chosen
  • Total amount to be paid during this rent period
  • Cost/ft^2

Interest table form

• Accessible to Centech as pricing may or may not change frequently
• Fields : Time spent (in months), additional interest
