Email notification for visibility change

I am a member of a project which was recently turned from public to private (probably by mistake). I was surprised that I received no notification for this.

I think email notifications should be sent for important events such as a change in visibility. A project becoming unavailable to the public, or suddenly becoming visible to the world, should not happen silently.

IIRC emails are sent for events such as registrations.

Apologies for the delay here, @remram44! Yes, emails are sent when a registration's embargo is ended early. I will record your request to send email notifications on project privacy changes, as well.
