API change coming 4/20 to metro geography

🔑 Updated API Query for 2021 ACS 5-Year Data for Summary Level 310 🌎

With the release of the 2017-2021 5-Year American Community Survey (ACS) estimates in December 2022, a change was inadvertently made to the Census Data API queries for Summary Level 310 for Metropolitan and Micropolitan Statistical Areas.

The geography portion of the query changed from:
metropolitan%20statistical%20area/micropolitan%20statistical%20area
to
metropolitan/micropolitan%20statistical%20area
This change only impacted the Detailed Tables, Subject Tables, Data Profiles, and Comparison Profiles from the 2017-2021 5-Year ACS estimates.

On Thursday, April 20, 2023, we will release the correction and the 2017-2021 5-Year ACS queries for Summary Level 310 will revert to the same syntax that was used for prior years:
metropolitan%20statistical%20area/micropolitan%20statistical%20area.
