Failed to run program that uses DL4J Training UI

There are two steps to solve this issue:

  1. Trace and close program which listening to port 9000.
    Solution at https://github.com/CertifaiAI/CertifAI-Knowledge-Base/wiki/Terminate-Port-9000
  2. Change current program port number to another port.
    The solution can retrieve at https://github.com/CertifaiAI/CertifAI-Knowledge-Base/wiki/Change-UIServer-Port-for-DL4J-Training-Visualization
