Clustering is not working for coordinate 0,0 in 2D mode #11000

Expected behavior: Clustering should work in 3D and 2D mode
Actual behavior: Pin for coordinates 0,0 disappear in 2D mode
Steps to reproduce:

Open the sendcastle example
Make sure you see two pins in 3D mode
Switch to 2D mode

Sandcastle example: sendcastle
Browser: Chrome
Operating System: Windows 10

Thanks for the report @azurre. I can reproduce the issue. Since this is only occurring at (0,0), I wonder if this is tangentially related to #4863.
