Variables: charge_power_kw doesn't take into account losses

charge_power_kw is calculated from the current going into the battery and doesn't take into account the losses from charging which mean the actual power load will be higher than indicated by this variable. This will be on the order of 10-20% and is dependent upon model of Leaf (2011/12 vs 2013-2017), charger in the car (generally UK 6.6 kW vs JDM 3.3 kW), the EVSE in use, the charging current, and the temperature.
