Define errors and add them to output folder.

Description

The config file allows for defining an output location where the errors, logs, and other required information should be dumped. The task is to figure the different types of errors that might occuer while ingesting data (Foreign key violations is an example, there maybe others). We need to identify, process, remove and store them in the output folder before actually ingesting the data. Additionally these errors should be documented as a error registry as well.
