Holding shift key doesnt compare mouseovered item and equipped item.

Where did you get the idea that this is a feature of plugy?

As I'm only the maintainer of this repository and not the creator of Plugy (Yohann), no. But creating this issue is a good step to notify him of the feature wishes of his users. But in this particular case I guess it's a bit to big a feature.
