ANTLR

• antlr/antlr4: ANTLR (ANother Tool for Language Recognition) is a powerful parser generator for reading, processing, executing, or translating structured text or binary files.

antlr/grammars-v4: Grammars written for ANTLR v4; expectation that the grammars are free of actions.

From a formal language description called a grammar, ANTLR generates a parser for that language that can automatically build parse trees, which are data structures representing how a grammar matches the input. ANTLR also automatically generates tree walkers (listener and visitor) that you can use to visit the nodes of those trees to execute application-specific code.
