As of a few days ago, SE changed the format of full-form links to answers from:

https://site/questions/question-id/question-title/answer-id#answer-id

to:

https://site/questions/question-id/question-title#answer-id

As a test, I tried to see if Smokey would properly recognize the new form, but it didn't, and the question got reported.

Can Smokey please be updated to support this new form of link?
