Port Chatscript to Android?

Is it possible or done already?
Background is, that we want to use it on-prem/offline for our Android Solution without cloud access.

Although it is possible, nobody seems to be currently using this architecture. If you are reading this and you have done this, kindly consider posting your installation instructions, so others can benefit as well.
