Consider making a library version of ChatScript

Currently, it seems like Chatscript is primarily distributed as an executable bundled with other files needed to run it.
I think this limit its adoption as for some use cases bundling an executable with a program is less than ideal (for example, video games).
Having a library release of the software (perhaps as a dll/so file?) could help with wider adoption in interactive media.
