What happened?

On the new harvester settings page, please make the following updates:

1. Hide the harvester settings page if user is in wallet-only mode (PR #1941)
2. Update content as per the figma file
3. Update ordering of the settings on the harvester settings page per figma file
4. Disable/gray out GPU settings on Mac
