Opening the ender pouch with a block in your left hand places the block

If I have a block (stone, glowstone, torch, sign, glass, etc.) in my left hand (akak “off-hand”), am holding the ender pouch in my right (main) hand, and am looking at a block, being near enough to it to place a block, if I right-click, I open the ender pouch whilst simultaneously placing the block in my left hand.

This makes using the ender pouch whilst mining or building rather frustrating. The expected behaviour is that I open the pouch and do not place the block.

Version: The latest version of Ender Storage (1.10.2-2.2.1.103-universal) for Minecraft 1.10.2.
