[Email Config] Admin's email is in the email subject and attachment if "User ID" is turned on in Email configurations

Preconditions
Mobile app is installed and launched.
User is logged in:
test-user1@com.us / qwerty
There is the applet with the configured server (My applet 6/ Double items).
The "User ID" is turned ON in the Email configurations.

Steps to reproduce

1. Complete the activity on mobile app.
2. Check the recipient's email.
3. Pay attention to the email subject.
4. Download the report and pay attention to the file name.

Actual result:
Admin's email is in the email subject and attachment if "User ID" is turned on in Email configurations

Expected result:
If an admin completed the activity, then show the First and Last name of the admin in the subject email and attachment name
