We are going to offload the actual unlocking logic/implementation to the researcher, but when they tell us which activities need to be unlocked, we'll hit this endpoint

Would a researcher unlock an activity if registration/consent passes?
Is this required before ChildMindInstitute/mindlogger-web#3 ?
