关于自定义图标开放append dom能力 #7

目前自定义图标只能通过html片段注入，希望能开放注入dom的能力，这样的话可以更好的结合vue之类的reactive框架来利用状态驱动能力提高相应图标编写能力

嗯。就是希望可以直接将 htmlElement 传过来。
