allow changing display resolution

This is not something the Steam client allows you to change, so would be useful to have.

Could the change that needs to be made to the /usr/bin/steamos/set_hd_mode.sh script in order to change the resolution be made into a setting in Steam Buddy? This way we could just access the gui, select a resolution, and it would script the change for us.

For now you can edit the steamos-compositor-plus config file to accomplish this.
