Add share links for private/internal videos

Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to combine "Only users of this instance can see this video" and "People with a private link can see this video"

I would like to use a private instance of Peertube in a school. Each teacher would have their user and would have the option to upload videos that would be shared with the rest of the teachers, in this way they could collaborate and reuse teaching materials.

We also use Moodle, so we would like teachers to be able to insert some of the videos from our Peertube instance into Moodle courses.

In the tests that I have carried out, the only way that I have been able to embed videos in Moodle is when I choose the option "People with a private link can see this video", but in this case these videos are hidden from other teachers when they enter in the Peertube instance.

Question: Is there a way that users of the instance can see the videos of the other users of the instance, and that they can also share links of certain videos through the link and anonymously?

If this option did not exist, I think it would be interesting to propose it as an improvement.

One option would be to do it like Nextcloud does (https://nextcloud.com/blog/sharing-in-nextcloud/).

For example:

• The user who has uploaded the video could have an option to add a private link to the video, in which case it could be accessible anonymously through this link.
• The user could delete this anonymous link at any time.
• If the video were published only for users of the instance, they could also see the anonymous link that the owner has previously generated.
• If the video's visibility was changed to make the video public, the anonymous link to the video would be hidden.
