FieldGroups and dynamic field adding in plugins

I would like to be able to create dynamic fields in plugins and group fields

right now we have registerSetting function and would be nice to have a registerSettingGroup to create setting groups and then be able to create them dynamically as a set in the plugin giving it and incremental number for each time created. Ideally I would like to be able to add a control like input dynamically, we could call it input-plus or markdown-text would be markdown-text-plus or textarea would be textarea-plus or markdown-enhanced would be markdown-enhanced-plus and that would allow to create infinite settings in the plugin admin to them be able to use in the code. Basically I want more freedom with the plugin fields.
