Describe the problem to be solved

As discussed (in french) here https://framacolibri.org/t/petit-retour-sur-deux-soirees-live/11406 , when explaining to content creator what means the «this is a permanent live» checkbox, the situation is not clear and is ambiguous.

Especially concerning the «replay» feature... Why a permanent live can't be seen again later if it is permanent? There are a lot of misunderstanding and confusion. Even for people who know the difference, it is sometimes confusing.

And we need a term for the opposite: non-permanent lives. So we can explain easily to users.

Describe the solution you would like:

First, I think that the checkbox «this is a permanent live» in the video properties should be replaced by a radio button, with 2 choices.
Then, we need to find names for these two choices.

For example, «permanent live» could be replaced by something like «reccurent live».

I fully agree. How about:

Normal Live: the stream will be saved, transcoded and published like any other video.
Recurring Live: the stream will not be saved, transcoded or published, but you can use the same URL to have multiple streams.

Hello

I updated the terminology to "Permanent/Recurring Live" (in the future we may remove the "Permanent" word) and used radio buttons in 3eb7ee6
