Make Peertube perform better over GTmetrix analysis

Describe the current behavior

Peertube can be by default built to give better performance by solving the issues reported by gtmetrix.

Founded issues:

• Avoid chaining critical requests [med-high]
• Avoid large layout shifts [med]
• Use explicit width and height on image elements [med]

The rest is on LOW effect which can be checked but not a big deal.
