Plugin new version notification is always showing the latest plugin version, even for old notifications

Hi!

As you can see on this screenshot, if a plugin publishes multiple new versions, PT will show a notification for each version to instance's admins but all notifications will talk about the latest plugin version only.

I think this would be better to show the version published at the time of the notification, instead of always showing the latest plugin version.
