Describe the bug
Like the title says

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to a village large village of CTOV
  2. Find a farm with Farmer Delight crops
  3. See there is no water

Expected behaviour
That the farm has water

Will investigate and fix in September update.

Problem is also found in 1.19.x need more time to fix.

I get the reasons now. It's do to changes from F&F ends. Fixing within 1 week.
