能优化一下日志吗？ #49

1： 能否在动态改变日志打印模式，比如增加个调试模式打印，有的时候，在生产项目中，我们想临时看看池的运行状态，有几个在用，平时运行时不用打印。

2：项目启动时候参数信息打印， 能否美化一下？ 比如参照一下光连接池的做法？

BeeCP-Starter有监控界面，可以查看池的内部信息。

池增加了一个运行时日志打印开关，下个版本会包含进去，可以使用Jmx方式改变值。

提示：日志最低级不能大于INFO。

BeeCP-3.2.6版本已发布，如果是Springboot项目，可以写个Control接口切换 DataSource上的运行日志开关。

先试试用看，有什么问题，进一步再提。
